Anca has a Bachelor's degree in Law from "Babeş-Bolyai" University, Faculty of Law, Cluj-Napoca, obtained in 2004. She later pursued a Master's degree in Private Law Institutions from the same university, which she completed in 2005. Additionally, she has received training in Essential Management Skills and Human Resource Management from the International Business Management Institute in Berlin in 2023.
